When should I expect my order to ship?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information once items are shipped.

What if I have a special request but don’t see it as an option on the website?

Do you offer discounts for large orders? What about wholesale?

We offer discounts on orders of 10+! To place a larger order or to discuss wholesale pricing, please contact us. We also ship orders over $125 for free! Your shipping costs will be refunded after your order is placed.

Do you offer refunds?

Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, store credit, or a full refund. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, names and shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for shipping damage.

You are welcome to email us at contactus3lc@gmail.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Once your order is placed, any changes must be communicated within 24 hours.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect any of our carriers.
